Key Performance Indicators NDG SCDU

Key Performance Indicators NDG SCDU:

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Non-degree (upskill, reskill) or Lifelong Learning are metrics that help organizations, educational institutions, or individuals measure the effectiveness and impact of continuous education and skill development over time. Here are some key KPIs commonly used in the context of non-degree (upskill, reskill) or lifelong learning

1. Curriculum development cooperation, along with teaching and learning management (20%)

• Assessment: Measures cooperation from stakeholders in curriculum development, cooperation with teaching and learning
• Data: Number of cooperation, such as MOU, MOA, or joint ventures, both In cash or In kind
• Indicator: Cooperation less than 3 = 14 points, 3 or more = 20 points
• Benefits: Used to develop and produce high-performance workforce that meets user needs

2. Learner assessment (20%)

• Assessment: Student assessment format
• Data: Format of learner assessment and summary assessment (Formative & Summative)
• Indicator: Both formative and summative assessment = 20 points, only one type of assessment = 10 points
• Benefits: Able to track learners’ learning progress towards lifelong learning by themselves

3. Course completion rate (20%)

• Assessment: Percentage of learners who enroll and complete the course
• Data: Student completion rate of the total number of learners
• Indicators: Less than 50% = 8 points, 50-89% = 14 points, 90% or more = 20 points
• Benefits: Low course completion rates may indicate the need for more engaging content or better support

4. Occupation rate in line with the curriculum completed (20%)

• Assessment: Learners gain competence from their studies and can actually work or develop their current work after graduation
• Data: Number of learners who have completed their studies and can actually work or develop their current work per total learner
• Indicators: Less than 50% = 8 points, 50-89% = 14 points, 90% and above = 20
• Benefit: Used to compare the rate of skill learning with the learning outcomes or objectives of the curriculum

5. Social Return on Investment of the Program (20%)

• Assessment: Measures the overall value of the program’s investment in financial terms
• Data: The program’s Social Return on Investment (SROI) is calculated by net present value of social and environmental benefits (NPVSB) to net present value of investment (e.g. increased income, employment in the field of study, there is an exchange of knowledge to be transferred to the community)
• Indicator: NPVSB/NPVI less than 1:1 = 14 points, NPVSB/NPVI 1:1 or more = 20 points
• Benefit: Used to justify the investment in learning and identify areas for improvement

Total = 100 points = 100%

Less than 45% = 1 star, 45-60% = 2 stars, 61-76% = 3 stars, 77-92% = 4 stars (Standard), 93% and above = 5 stars (Premium)
